Jackie Munroe is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Jackie received her 200hr YTT at Maui Yoga Shala, where she developed a great appreciation for and desire to incorporate the 8 limbs (Ashatanga) in to her teaching and personal yoga practice. Since receiving her 200-RYT, she has gone on to receive a 30hr Restorative Yoga Teacher Training certification. With a strong desire to make yoga accessible to all, she takes great care in ensuring alignment and providing modifications in every class she teaches. Becoming a yoga teacher was a life long dream that was put off until life placed her on a new path of healing and spiritual growth, and it has been an integral part of her journey. She is so excited for every opportunity to share this beautiful and deeply spiritual practice with others. Jackie is also a Reiki Master as acknowledged by the Usui Reiki System of Natural Healing.
