PETER DUFF - MADISON, WI

Peter Duff is a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).  He attained his 200 Hour Yoga Teacher training through Alex Pfeiffer’s 21CYM at The Studio in Madison WI, June of 2020.  He received his Yin Teacher Training through Jessica & Al Noche’s Kramas Yoga School in Madison, WI, April 2024.

Peter yoga practice focuses on Taoist principles, Yin, Vinyasa, Pranayama methods and yoga injury prevention.  He’s a former Div. III collegiate soccer player, with experience in indoor soccer, broomball, basketball and rugby.  He discovered yoga in 2010 with the intention of simply keeping fit, but immediately discovered it has so much more to offer and, eventually, found a calling to share those benefits with others as a yoga instructor.
