I have been practicing yoga for 10 years and found it the perfect antidote to a busy, and often stressful, life in London working full time in a demanding corporate job.

I decided to take a break from work and use the time off to undertake 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Lake Atitlan, Guatemala. This was an experience I will never forgot and further increased my passion for the practice of yoga and the harmony of the body and mind.

I now live in Lisbon and having kept up my yoga teaching by switching my classes online I am looking for opportunities to teach in studios.

My yoga style is gentle vinyasa flow. I enjoy the creativity of putting together a new sequence and guiding my class to really connect their movement and breath, thereby achieving harmony of the body and mind. I want people to leave my classes feeling refreshed and calm and have had the opportunity to energise the body and quiet the mind.    

I like to pair my classes with a soundtrack of melodic electronica mixing gentle beats with ambient chill. I'm also a fan of ending in a shavasana accompanied with essential oils.
