Puskar Raj Pant is a dynamic, creative, and versatile personality. With two decades of experience in national and international boxing, weightlifting, and karate contests, he is a three-time National Boxing Champion as well as an international silver medalist in Karate with Black Belt 1st Don. Mr. Pant's grandfather taught him yoga and spirituality when he was a little child. Later, he updated himself in Yoga teaching. Mr. Pant is one of the ten best Yoga teachers honored by Swami Ramdev ji across the country in 2006. He has updated himself as an international Yoga Teacher / researcher after completing international level Yoga teacher training at Patanjali Yoga University. Mr. Pant was awarded the Universal Harmony award by Path of Divine Life, under the Maharshi Arvind Foundation, in India in 2015. Mr . Pant is also a certified Instructor of Maharishi Arvind of “Path of Divine Life”, in Maharashtra, India which teaches the new stream of yoga called “bhutashuddhi Kriya” which means “cellular awakening or five elements (Pancha Mahabhuta) cleansing technique” and “Guru Kriya” taught by Master Maharishi Arvind. He is a Certified Experienced Hatha Yoga trainer with the Yoga Alliance (USA).  In Nepal, he conducted numerous 200-hour yoga teacher training courses. During the first National Yogasana Coaches Certificate Course, which was held from August 15 to September 10, 2023, and was organized by Yogasana Bharat, World Yogasana, Asian Yogasana in the Netaji Subash National Institute of Sports (SAI NS NIS), Patiyala, Mr. Pant was recognized as one of the top two intenational Yogasana coaches among 92 Yogasana coaches of different countries.

Mr. Pant Humbly has extensive experience in different fields, including teaching in schools/colleges, leading and planning Yoga Retreats, and leading nearly a hundred workshops, and seminars at various organizations in major cities across the world, including Austria, China, Germany, India, Nepal the United Kingdom, USA and many more a. In addition to his exceptional communication abilities, he is a very well-organized, dependable, and diplomatic individual in his line of work. His pupils and anyone who has attended his classes have benefited from his understanding of yoga and his teaching style. He is the leader of the Sports Promotion Organisation (SPON), whose mission is to improve people's lives via yoga and sports. During the American College of Sports Medicine's 2nd World Congress on "Exercise is Medicine in the USA," his team at SPON performed a pilot research titled "Effect of Bhastrika Pranayam & Exercise on Lung Function of Sportsperson." Mr. Pant represents Nepal as the first International Technical Official (ITO) in boxing.
