Since completing my 3-year yoga teacher training in 2022, I have been teaching Hatha Yoga according to the tradition of Swami Shivananda mainly in and around Füssen in the Allgäu region of Germany.
My yoga classes include preparatory exercises, initial relaxation, chanting, pranayama (breathing techniques), sun salutations, static asanas (yoga postures), deep relaxation and meditation.
The classes are often enriched with kriyas (cleansing exercises) and information about physiology, as well as knowledge about a healthy lifestyle and yoga philosophy. I always try to convey a holistic approach to classical yoga.
