Ishvari found yoga during her university studies in philosophy and eastern religions. Realizing that the practice brought her more fulfillment than theory, she went to India to fully immerse herself. For the past 10 years, Ishvari has taught yoga and continued her studies in yoga, meditation, trauma-informed care, TCM, communication and somatic healing. She is part of Anuttara Ashram’s YTT faculty.
Ishvari creates space for deep relaxation, explorative movement and emotional processing. She values sustainability over perfection, and prioritizes nervous system regulation in her classes. Her name means “the personal relationship we have with spirit.” Through her classes, Ishvari hopes to strengthen and nourish your own connection with spirit.
