Natassia Dickey is a wellness ambassador, spiritual warrior, and holistic therapist. She is skilled in helping people move from their mental body into their physical body. Her goal is to help create sacred space for you the student to be able to move through the process of yoga and find empowerment. Her classes are designed to encompass all body types, identities, and belief systems; though she has a special passion toward inspiring individuals to find the spiritual and healing components of yoga, not just the physical expression of the asanas (postures). Her goal is to foster experience and learning in a safe environment that also encourages the creation of one's own personal practice. Natassia's approach toward yoga is a fusion, incorporating Kundalini, Flow, and Gentle Yoga components. Currently, she is working with private clients in one-on-one classes or small group settings (2-3 people). Openness to Ayurveda psychology is encouraged, though not necessary to seek private sessions.
