Ann-Kathrin Tietje is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Ann-Kathrin was a professional dancer and did yoga asana, meditation and lived some aspects of a yogic life since she was a teenager and 2021 she decided to do her 200 h YTT with Ruh Yoga, Goa, India.
2024 she did her 300 h YTT with Arhanta Yoga Ashrams, The Netherlands where she got a more clearer idea of living a yogic life and to go deeper into the philosophy of yoga.
Her main topics are how to live life to the fullest and to have courage to stand for each other, trust in yourself and ohters, be kind with all living beings and mother earth and how to teach that to her students.
She really loves to create safe spaces, create a communtity to learn and work on deeper topics with youself and within a group.
She always like to search for the best and happiest, healthiest lifestyle and to understand the brain. With that in mind she started her breathwork education with Timo Niessner (Restorative Breathing) to combine it with her daily yoga lifestyle and to have another tool to "hack" the brain and going deeper.
She loves to do different sports, sauna, ice bath, being in nature, creating new yoga and well-being classes for her students, dancing, singing, writing and reading, etc.
Together with her experience from her earlier professional dance education and dance career she creates different well-being and classical yoga asana classes. She loves to teach and to learn new tools and themes to become more and more deeper in her understanding and teachings.
If you want to join a class with her you will find her at her hometown yoga studio called Shala Yoga Studio in Bremerhaven, Germany.
