Yoga changed my life - physically as well as consciously.
I am a Yoga Instructor and Social Scientist based in Frankfurt a.M. (Germany).
I completed my 200 hours training at Inside Yoga Frankfurt am Main in 2018.
Since the beginning of my yoga journey and specifically as a yoga teacher, I have completed several advanced trainings focusing on anatomy.
Through the different focuses of these advanced trainings I have reached my
over 500 hours within the last four years.
My current area of expertise lies in the anatomy of backbends and understanding the interaction between building flexibility and strength and their effects on the emotional state of each person.
This is done by using techniques learned from:
Restorative to Yin Yoga, Your Body as a House, Mastering the Elements, Your Breath is Boss, Anatomy & Biomechanics and many more.
