Hello Yogis,

Teaching yoga for me is a transformative step towards finding inner peace, balance and harmony. Over the last 10 years, I have practised in some of the world's most beautiful and remote regions - which has led me to teach here in HCM, Vietnam. 

My fascination with the practise led me to delve deeper into the world of Yoga and Wellness. First completing a Mindfulness Teaching qualification in 2021 with Mindfulness Now Oxford. Where I led group and individual courses to people wanting to deepen their understanding of the mind and body connection. 

In 2022 I took a children's yoga training with Rainbow Kids Yoga, which has helped me understand how to bring Mindfulness and Yoga into schools. 

I recently completed my training at Loka Yoga School In Bali, one of Bali's most reputable trainings. 

I now reside in HCMC Vietnam. I teach private lessons, workshops and classes that focus on the connection between the mind, body and soul.
