I am a 500hrs registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. I trained in France and India and have been teaching yoga in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. I now live and work in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
My yoga practice started some 20 years ago with pure ashtanga. It came to me by surprise and mesmerized me. Though I had no idea what it was all about, I felt I had discovered some kind of treasure, a powerful tool which was about to set me on a journey and change my life forever.
I have since discovered and trained in meditation, classical hatha, yin and vinyasa which I mostly teach today.
I am passionate about teaching yoga and feel I would burst if I didn't share this incredibly powerful practice.
I also love hiking and it is with great pleasure that I offer yoga sessions to my fellow hikers in the desert or mountains in Saudi.
