As a dancer I needed some compensatory exercise to stretch and relax my body and yoga just came to me :) What started only as a physical activity turned my world upside down. What I experienced with yoga I would't be able to do without. It became a lifestyle, the anchor in difficult times and a light at the end of tunnel when I got sick with cancer. The way I practice and teach yoga lesson could be described as "gentle yoga flow with physiotherapy elements".
