I am a new teacher, fresh out of my training that I started to deepen my own practice and help others guide their own practice.

I have a 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga and teach both beginners and intermediate students.

I am based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and teach in English.

I aim to help my students find calm as well as power through yoga for their mind and body. I am committed to give them a safe and comfortable space to explore their own yoga practice. I want to guide them to grow in their personal practice and find what feels good for them.
