Lisa Succo is a 200hr Hatha and Vinyasa Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). With a certified background in Adaptive & Special Needs Fitness, Lisa's passion is to marry this with her passion for yoga. Lisa's mission is to create an inclusive, accessible yoga and wellness space for everybody.
