Olivia Clack has been involved in her yoga practice for 10 years. She is a licensed yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance having studied with Craig and Nicole Georgi-Costello of New World Wellness for her RYS-200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. Her yoga teaching style is relaxed, caring, and jovial with a goal to ease the mind and ground the body. Olivia brings Reiki, a gentle healing energy, into all her classes since she began teaching metaphysical arts nearly 2 years ago with Sound Healing Classes. She has experience in teaching to Grieving Children and Children with Trauma as a Volunteer with her local Hospice center.
