YO-BOXABILITY BELFAST

Hi 

My name is Kelly and I am from Belfast. I am a qualified 200hr  Adaptive chair yoga teacher, I always wanted to get involved with Yoga but as I was growing up a person with a disability doing yoga was an  unheard thing, Now as I am older I want people with disabilities to be able to participate and this is where Adaptive yoga comes in. My classes are for anyone with a disability. Please do come along and give it a go.
