I’m a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with Yoga alliance which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School.   I work in and around Borrowash, Derby, Ockbrook and Spondon.  I teach beginners, gentle flow and yin yoga to people who want to stretch their bodies and their minds.  I’m also a certified Cosmic Kids Children’s Yoga teacher.

It's never too late.  Yoga changed my life completely and in such a positive way that I simply want to share my joy and experience of this wonderful practice.

I have practiced yoga off and on (to be honest, more off at times!) since I was a teenager. I've come back to yoga time after time because it always helps when life is difficult or just not making sense.  It has helped me to be comfortable in my own skin, with career challenges, family life and bereavement not to mention a very stroppy pony!  Through yoga I have learned to plant my feet and just breathe.  I have found strength, calmness and intense joy.

My love of yoga came to a head and at the grand old age of 54, I completed my training
