Yoga teaches me how to live a beautiful life. My selfpractice, Ashtanga vinyasa yoga, has helped me to overcome many challenges in both body and mind. My motivation for pass on my experiences, is to help others find and nurture THEIR inner sparkl too.
I teach Ashtanga primary series and Aerialyoga. I also do mindful led class like "teachers heart of the day" , this will often lead up to a advanced peakpose.
My strenght is to give variations in my students yogapractice so the body can relax and open up and further on this will help them find more stillness behind the disturbances of the mind.
I´m passionate about making people feel safe and seen in my yogaspace.
