Alice Vignoles is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher and founder of Macha Yoga Studio in Bray, Co. Wicklow. Teaching since 2016, Alice completed her Yoga Therapy Ireland RYT 500 Diploma in 2017 and has been teaching professionally since.

Having been exposed to yoga, meditation and shamanic practices since childhood, she devoted herself to a daily yoga practice in 2011 and never looked back. Alice has pursued additional training and mentorship in meditation, mantra, healing and ritual in India and Ireland and is also a Golden Tera Mai Reiki and Akasha Seichim master healer.

In 2021, while pregnant, Alice completed her Masters Degree in Intercultural Theology in Trinity College Dublin and won the James Haire Award from the school of theology for her dissertation on yoga as embodied spiritual practice.
