Sam Fernandez is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Stand-Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga.
