I’ve been a fitness instructor for over 20 years. Certified in Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, and Ariel. In addition to teaching I’m a Certified Reiki Practitioner through Usui Tibetan Reiki and Holy Fire® Reiki. Combining all of my experiences, I now have the privilege to give back and help others find their own path to wellness.
