Tali Lehavi is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).   

In addition, Lehavi is certified in Yoga Nidra, Corporate Yoga, and many more classes.  Lehavi has been teaching yoga for over 18 years.  

Lehavi is also the inventor of the heart hand gesture.  Lehavi began teaching yoga classes that incorporate the heart hand gesture in 2005 at Shape Express in order to secure trademark rights.  Lehavi has also patented the heart hand gesture in 2001.  

In addition to yoga, Lehavi practices integrative health.  She loves to combine her passion for health with yoga and help clients find a holistic approach to leading a balanced life.  

Lehavi is also the inventor of Planet Heart, Edgy Love Dice, the Heart Mandalas, and much more.  She has published many books that guide people through mindful practice.  

One of Lehavi's mindful techniques is called "Hemispheric Harmony" and she has incorporated it into both physical movement as well as art and craft activities.
