I have completed the Prime of Life Yoga with Larry Payne and I have been practicing yoga since 1995. Now that I am older I realize that Prime of Life Yoga is a perfect transition to a lifestyle of gratitude and well being as we age. I especially like Yin yoga for their slower yet valuable poses for keeping the fascia moving and basically keeping the body toned for life.
