I am Craig Orsborn, born 12th February 1977 and I live in the UK.
I first come to Yoga through my interest of Calisthenics (bodyweight training) and my daughters love of dance and the effects Yoga can/could have on the physical body. During the Covid lockdown I began practicing a hybrid of bodyweight exercises and Yoga which then developed into a more traditional style of Yoga as I learnt more.
Looking to deepen my own practice (and being inspired by my 12 year old daughter) led me to take an on-line 200YTT with Sidhhi Yoga School, possibly one of the best decisions I have ever made. The course and Yoga has had a significant and positive impact on my life, giving me clarity and confidence and dare I say it... purpose.
I find it hard to describe to people or write here but I have found something in Yoga that I wasn't looking for initially, but now I have found it I won't live without. I absolutely love the physical aspect of my Yoga practice but it has become so much more.
Something else I gained from my Teacher Training is a desire to share my (all be it limited) knowledge and the benefits practicing yoga can bring with others.
I look forward to my continuing Yoga journey and sharing it along the way.
