Katherine "Kitty" Harris is a Colorado native, who is a former Volleyball collegiate athlete with an Associates of Arts Degree in psychology.
Katherine completed her 200 YTT in 2019 through Cambio Yoga School in Colorado Springs. She has since gone on to independently teach and start her own yoga business; Secret Stash Yoga. She has completed the YA requirements of qualifying her as a E-RYT 200hr.
She has gone on to become a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) in 2020, through the American Exercise Council (ACE) and has over 20 hours of Continuing Education pertaining to her CPT and has been current for 3 years.
She is currently enroll in 300hr YTT and 85hr PYTT she is on course to be finished in 2024.
She has taught in gyms and yoga studios across Colorado and virtually for the last 5 years. She has been featured in magazines and podcasts as well.
