Bibi López de Silanes is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS), specializing on Hormone Yoga Therapy for women, men and diabetics and is a trained meditation guide with more than 30 years of experience and a Yoga Nidra teacher.

Bibi received her Yoga Teacher certificate in India on 2015 and is based on Mexico City and Madrid where she teaches in-person and on.line hormone and nervous system oriented workshops and classes. 

She is co-funder of @sanarestaenmi.com and has a You Tube Channel featuring free meditations and classes. She  guides a daily meditation comunity and is speaker on a weekly podcast.
