Meet Fonny, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is a yoga practitioner and teacher originally from Indonesia who now resides in Montreal. She has been teaching Hatha, Restorative, and Functional Movement for over 5 years.

Fonny teaching style is rooted in the belief that yoga is all about finding steadiness, stillness at ease, and moderation. Through her training in Ayurveda and Yoga, Trauma-informed, Social Justice, Meridians, Meditation, and Pranayama, she has discovered the benefits of incorporating these practices into her teachings.
