She was nine years old when she first attended Anappana meditation courses, as her entire family practiced Vipassana meditation. It marked the beginning of her profound and inward journey. Following this, at the same age, she began attending yoga classes based on the recommendation of her Anappana teacher. Back then, there were no yoga classes specifically for children in Iran, so she practiced alongside older individuals.

At the age of 17, she embarked on Vipassana courses, becoming the youngest meditator in Iran. She found solace and mastery in this remarkable technique. Concurrently, she remained a dedicated yoga student throughout these years. Upon acceptance into the architecture program at the university, her deep passion for meditation and yoga led her to choose her final thesis topic - the design of a Vipassana meditation center. Remarkably, it was recognized as the best article and garnered significant attention in Iran. For this project, she conducted extensive research on meditation centers worldwide, including those in Canada, France, and India and etc. To deepen her knowledge, she traveled to India for field studies.

During her India trip, destiny led her to a woman who was the Chairwoman of the Yoga Committee in Iran and a men who was the C.O of freedom yoga school in Canada.

Upon returning to Iran, she discovered there was a teacher training course for experienced yoga practitioners. Though initially rejected due to her age, her encounter with the woman in India changed her fate. She welcomed her as a yoga teacher and she officially became the youngest yoga teacher in Iran. However, she received her certification at the age of 22.

From that moment onward, she began teaching yoga and considered herself fortunate to have encountered Mr. Sundeep Ji during her journey in India. He transformed her life as a yogini, offering not only yoga lessons but also profound insights into the essence of true life. At the age of 24, she proudly obtained her 200-hour International Yoga Alliance certification, enabling her to share her knowledge with her fellow Iranians, a people whom she deeply cherish.

Her commitment to growth led her to delve into various yoga disciplines, including yoga therapy, power yoga, water yoga, meditation yoga, and children's yoga and etc. she had the privilege of traveling to many countries, learning from diverse teachers, and eventually becoming a course manager at a Vipassana meditation center in Dubai. She is particularly grateful for her association with the Freedom Yoga family, a community she is proud to be a part of.

Her journey culminated in obtaining a 300-hour Yoga Alliance certification at the age of 31. With consistent teaching from 2014 to the present, she has become an experienced yoga teacher recognized by Yoga Alliance. In Iran, she has designed several impactful workshops, such as yoga-paint, yoga-dance, and yoga-music workshops, all warmly received by the community. Additionally, she collaborated with Mr. Sghari, a distinguished writer in Iran, to create a comprehensive yoga book that effectively introduces asanas to people.

Now she is training teachers in whole world.

She continues to participate in meditation and yoga courses regularly, striving to enhance her skills to better serve people worldwide.
