Yoga became a part of my life completely unexpectedly. I had the privilege to have had wonderful guiding teachers that opened my mind and heart, my body and soul to this wonderful art of movement, breath and body-mind connection.
Every movement we do and every breath we make is a blessing and flowing together and connecting people by yoga is a joy.
Yoga has been healing for me in both physical and mental ways, giving me peace and strength. I am so happy I can share this with others :)
