Hello beautiful soul! My name is Jules Baldassarre. I received my 200hr YTT certificate in May of 2023. I received additional training in Yoga Nidra for 44hrs.
I initially fell into the practice of yoga in 2017 attempting to find a modality to help heal my heartbreak. My approach to teaching and practicing yoga is a more slow, gentle, healing approach as that is what I found has helped sooth my heart and feel more loved and accepted within myself.
I am currently a student at the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis in neuroscience and cognitive science. My research interests consists of supporting the idea that plants are intelligent and the benefits of psychedelic therapy.
My intention when teaching yoga is to create a kind, accepting, nurturing class where any level of experience to yoga are welcome. A safe place to learn and connect with your body more, practice accepting yourself for where you are at in that present moment, and to relax your mind and muscles.
