Arlene Kobylinski is a 200 Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). Arlene holds two 200 hr RYT certifications and also completed her 100hr advanced teacher training studies with Elena Brower at Virayoga in NYC. Arlene also had the opportunity to travel to India in 2015 for a two week yoga Pilgrimage with Raghunath Cappo which opened her eyes to the world of Bhakti Yoga. She has been teaching yoga for the past 12 years and is the owner of Sol Full Yoga which is Located in Monroe, N.Y. Her studio website is www.solfullyoga.com. Arlene teaches all levels of yoga, from strong Vinyasa to Yin and Restorative. Arlene also has deep knowledge of how to Modify postures for injuries, pregnancy and Senior clients. Arlene is also in her 4th year of training other teachers at the 200 hour level.
