Janelle Cepero is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She traveled throughout India for a year in 2017, where she immersed herself in the classical teachings of Hatha Yoga and Mantra Meditation. In November 2017, she completed her 200-Hour YTT at Mathatitu Yoga Ashram in Kerala.
She has taught yoga in Miami and is currently offering online meditation classes on her website, janellecepero.com.
She is passionate about the philosophy and spiritual roots of yoga and helping people reconnect with their Source with a daily meditation practice.
