I am dancer and yoga teacher curently based in Lyon, France.
I am trained in Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga. I took my 200 hours YT with Sampoorna Yoga and my 300 hours YT with Mathieu Boldron (i am in the certification process for the latter).
My classes are a safe space where everyone is welcome to be who they are. My teaching is fun, adapted to each student and designed to take you to places you had never thought you could go to.
I own my own school: Shall We Swing? And my own space: Le Cosy Club.
