I am an enthusiastic yoga teacher and forever student with two main goals. First, grabbing the attention of skeptics, teaching yoga for those who haven't thought about it before. Second, for those who have been doing yoga for a while, help deepen their practice and teach them the practices I know. I promote that people get to know their body and soul regardless of religion or belief system.
