With more than 7,000 hours of yoga, meditation and therapeauticcoaching experience, Rajni’s purpose is to help others live awake and aware.
Her education and training include consciousness studies, meditation, evidence-based mindfulness, energy mechanics, and cognitive behavioral therapypractices. Her direct experience of living and studying in India for several years is woven through her sessions and meditations.
Rajni is the Executive Director of Yoga Service Council, helping to build the field of yoga service through initiatives, resources, and education, and the founder of Thought Transformation Institute, focused on mindset and meditation education.
She also serves as a Board Member for the AmericanMedical Women’s Association – Chicago Chapter.
