My encounter with yoga happened more than 10 years ago on the beach in the Caribbean. I started practicing in the midst of nature and from there after two years I deepened my practice in India in an Ashtanga yoga school. My training as a teacher began in 2015 when I started giving lessons trying to adapt yoga to people's physical, mental and emotional structure, even today the student is a source of great knowledge that stimulates my research. I believe that Yoga lives dormant in each of us and the practice is its expression, so on the mat there is an exploration of perceptions and an awakening of nature that characterizes our uniqueness. The lessons vary according to personal needs but I usually lead mixed classes in which dynamic yoga, static yoga, pranayama and meditation are practiced with the aim of welcoming and stimulating the practitioner's curiosity in this transformative journey.
