I started practicing Yoga with my mom when the pandemic hit. The sense of peace, presence, and connection with nature that Yoga gave me during that time, and every day since then, is a gift that has changed my life. 

I finished my 200-hour Hatha Yoga training in April 2023 under the guidance of some beautiful and wise teachers who inspired me to spread the light and love that is Yoga. I believe Yoga is for everyone - whether you practice it on the mat or out in the world :)
