Noelle Held is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is also an assistant professor of marine and environmental biology at the University of Southern California. She holds a PhD in oceanography from MIT and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. She has a special focus on yoga that counteracts the physical, mental, and spiritual stressors encountered by scientists, academics, and other intellectuals. She is currently located in Zurich, Switzerland and from January 2024 will be in the Los Angeles area.
