I'm Mar, a Portuguese doctor who graduated from Lisbon University, specializing in sexology, mindfulness-based stress therapy, and therapeutic photography. I found Yoga a great way to approach the bodily experiences of the self, always respecting the philosophy behind it and adapting it to modern science, our current lifestyle, and health issues. After years of personal practice, I've realized I wanted to know more about Yoga's benefits and how to apply it to improve people's wellness, so I've become a teacher.

I believe that yoga practices must respect the body and the mind, so I'm especially into small groups and individual classes to provide personalized flows to one's needs.
