I completed my 200h YTT in 2021 with Sweet Karma Yoga in Trier and my 300h YTT in 2022 with Wellness Connection in Cape Town. Furthermore, I completed a 55h Yin Yoga TT in 2023 with Yoga Dunia in Lembongan, Bali. Ever since completing my first YTT I am teaching privates and since 2023 as well in a small studio in Luxembourg.
I teach in English and German. My focus is on balance and connecting to the body to feel it deeply, combined with meditation and breathwork.
