Hi! I'm Soph (they/them) - TrueYouYoga @trueyou.yoga and I'm a queer yoga teacher currently based in Woking, Surrey. I've been practising yoga for 8 years and completed my 200hr YTT in April 2023 where I focused my teaching on Yin and Restorative yoga.

Yoga has always been so healing for me and I'm SUPER passionate about making yoga/spiritual spaces more inclusive and inviting to queer people.

Feeling safe and comfortable in your body isn't always an easy thing, especially for LGBTQ+ people. Through my teaching I aim to create a place for you to rest, be gentle with yourself and be more present in your body. Yoga is not about being flexible or looking a certain way, it's about cultivating inner peace and moving in ways that feel good to you!

Sophie Kathleen Stevens is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
