Throughout her yoga journey, she has completed many yoga trainings in India and Malaysia. Her first hatha yoga certificate is by the great master Dr Andiappan (India) followed by her RYT 300 hours Ashtanga Vinyasa training from Yogadharshanam Guruji Santhosh and recently Therapy Yoga and RYS 200 hours Certification with Sanskar Yoga Shala Yog Guru Naveen.
She has also mastered herself in Ayurveda and has taken courses such like ayurvedic massages and treatments. Thus, a owner of Ayurvedic Beauty Spa in Seremban 2 Ashtanga Yoga Shala.
