80 hours Yin Yoga Teacher Training (Module 1, Anatomy)
I'm teaching Hatha based evening studio classes (90 minutes), often flow inspired, with Yin Yoga parts at the end. More classes are coming soon, such as 60 minutes Yin Yoga studio classes.
