I have started my yoga journey at 19 years old in my hometown. After graduating in psychology from the SWPS University in Poland I have left for India. In search of true yoga meaning I have done a 900h yoga TTC at the Yoga Institute in Mumbai, which has forever changed my view of life and my own dharma. Having come back home I have started my own yoga studio. In pursue of giving my students the best care I have done a few more TTC courses, such as: Iyengar yoga, yin yoga and vinyasa flow and ashtanga yoga, the last one being recognized by Yoga Alliance. There may be many approaches to yoga, but the goal is one: yoga. My way of teaching is respectful and empathetic. The other passions are yoga philosophy, ayurveda and massage therapy. I visit India regularly.
