Alexa Nicole Kastellanos is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Alexa has been a professional ballet dancer since 2004, when she was discovered at the age of 11 by the National Ballet School. Dancing with numerous ballet companies, including The National Ballet, The Royal Winnipeg Ballet, The Joffrey Ballet, The Bolshoi Ballet and the Gelsey Kirkland Ballet Alexa has been able to travel the world and perform on world renowned stages.
While dancing professionally Alexa has assisted world class dance teachers's classes at Broadway Dance Centre in New York, and has obtained her Yoga certificate.
Alexa's mission is to spread her knowledge of health, dance, and fitness to her students along with love, happiness, courage, and strength.
