I am not only the owner of True Touch Massage Therapy & Fitness but I also work within the business as a registered massage therapist, personal trainer and fitness instructor.

I graduated from NBCC Woodstock with a Diploma in Graphic Design in 2001, Early Childhood Education from Grant MacEwan University in 2004 and then later graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy with a 2200hr, Remedial Massage Therapy Diploma in 2008.  I have extra training in deep tissue massage from Schweitzer’s Deep Tissue Therapy, Pre/Postnatal Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone Massage, Reiki levels 1 & 2, pump, suction and fire Cupping Therapy Courses and completed an advanced Myofascial Therapy course in Santorini, Greece.

I have Fitness Theory, Aquatic Exercise, Resistance Training, Group Exercise, Step Aerobics, Cycle/Spin, Mind/Body, Portable Equipment as well as Ever Active Kids Certifications from the AFLCA. I am a Fitness Instructor Specialist and Personal Training Specialist through Canfitpro.  Extra courses I have taken are: Bender Ball, Moc Studio 54, Yoga Fusion, Tabata Training and Zumba Basics 1 and 2, Zumba Toning, Zumbatomic, Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold Toning, Zumba Kids, Zumba Glutes, Zumba Core, Zumba Step, Aqua Zumba, Circle Training and Strong Nation. I am also a certified in PoundPRO, Pound Unplugged and Generation Pound instructor. I have my 200HR Yoga Certifications in Yin and Vinyasa Yoga taken in Bali, Indonesia. I continue to teach 14-16 classes a week at True Touch, Telford Senior Center, and at various schools and community events.

I am a member of Canadian Massage and Manual Osteopathic Therapists Association (CMMOTA), Provincial Fitness Unit of Alberta (AFLCA), and canfitpro.

I am also the owner of Phoenix Advertising & Marketing and was also elected in Oct 2017 and 2021 as a Councillor for The City of Leduc.
