Jose Eluvathingal, a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, received his 500-hour RYT certificate from Sree Hari Yoga School, Gokarna, INDIA. As a Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in Counseling Psychology and MA in Clinical Psychology, his teaching and practicing of yoga focus on physical, psychological and spiritual wellbeing.
