Hi, my name is Abby Wilson and I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I completed her 200-hour training at Yoga One in San Diego in 2022. Let me tell you a little bit about my yoga journey!

My yoga journey began in 2015 when I was searching for recovery to balance out my active lifestyle. When I first arrived at my yoga mat, I was able to find the feeling of rest and recovery that my body needed so desperately. As I continued to practice yoga, I was pleasantly surprised that the healing and strengthening properties of yoga expand far beyond the muscles.

Over time, my yoga practice has evolved to a practice of self acceptance, self allowance, and self empowerment. I encourage my students to see their yoga practice in the same light - as a safe space, a space where they can be as they are, without any judgment.

My goal is to empower students to see their yoga mats as a place to move both mindfully and playfully, without any judgment.
