Hi there, I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the founder of The Healing Journey. With a background in neuroscience, I’ve spent the past decade working in the tech industry while also pursuing my passion for travelling the world.
My dream of creating a boutique hostel focused on travel experiences and human connections was put on hold due to the pandemic. However, this pause allowed me to reflect on my own journey of questioning the corporate lifestyle and facing challenges like burnout, anxiety, and depression.
It was through these experiences that I learned the importance of mental health and the power of community. I realized that the path to healing is a long one, and we can't navigate it alone.
That's why I made the decision to join forces with esteemed scientists, therapists, and coaches to offer immersive retreats that are rooted in science and designed to support people on their healing journey.
I will be teaching yoga every morning at my upcoming retreat in Tulum Mexico on January 7-14th 2024.
