Born and raised in Italy, closed to Milan, Yoga practice entered Federica's life during a challenging period and soon became her safe and sacred space. Her practice is rooted in Ashtanga tradition and she mostly practiced Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga.
She joined a 200 hours Teacher Training with Spanda Institute in 2019, under the enlightening guide of Nina Vukas.
She attended workshops and masterclasses with international teachers like Nina Vukas, Talia Sutra, Ambra Vallo, Daniel Rama etc., and a training dedicated to Restorative Yoga with Spanda Institute.
She attended a 50 hours Chakras Teacher Training with Spanda Institute in 2021 in Portugal.
She is also a Prenatal Yoga Teacher since beginning of 2023.
Currently Federica is teaching Vinyasa and Restorative classes in Yoga studios near Milan and online.
